The Enid A. Haupt Conservatory, constructed by the Lord and Burnham Co. in 1902, is considered one of the most magnificent example of Victorian-style glasshouse artistry. The Conservatory is a New York City landmark. It is home to A World of Plants, which showcases living collections in lavish tropical rain forests, cactus-filled deserts, curated displays of palms from around the world, aquatic and carnivorous plants, and a lot more.
