It was the end of June on a Saturday, 98 degrees outside burning my skin. Grabbed my gear and headed to Alonzo F. Bonsal for the first time. A 20.68 acre Wildlife Preserve owned by the Township of Montclair. Inside the preserve the temperature was unbelievable comfortable. the sound of the water running under the bridge, birds singing, the green trees and that feeling of peace that calm your soul.
